Hello!
My name’s Amy. I’m an illustrator, digital printmaker and painter currently based in Nottingham where I live, work and play.
I graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2007. Since then I’ve exhibited and curated shows in and around Nottingham.
I’ve recently worked with Candlestick Press, Frankie Magazine, Sound it Out Documentary film maker Jeanie Finlay and Juchheim.
I’m inspired by my day to day goings on and I regularly find myself drawing patterns, flowers, cats, chickens and portraits of imaginary people. More than once I’ve been told I dress like the people I draw and I wouldn’t be surprised if I turn into one of my drawings. My work is bright and playful – sometimes a little bit sinister. I’m very fond of cats and knitting, sadly sometimes those 2 things don’t mix…
