Found this gem during all the house-chaos. Meant to be…

life update…

Tuesday, September 11th, 2012

Hello Folks.

Time has come for a little Amy update. We’re moving house (yes again), which means I’ll have to shut up shop between 20th September – 4th October. The dates may change a little so keep your eyes glued to the blog because any updates will get announced here first.

ANOTHER exciting bit of news is that I’m cutting down to part time hours at the cinema in October so I can focus on drawing more pictures for you :) There aren’t enough “Very’s” to go with how excited I am about the changes coming this way. A massive THANK YOU to everyone who’s stopped by my online shops, my stall at craft fairs, my blogs, my twitter feed – all of it. Thank you so much for the support! I can’t wait to share new work with you and spend more time making it. I raise my mug of coffee to you all…

Enough of my blubbery sentimentals, speak soon!

Mrs Dalloway update!

Sunday, September 9th, 2012

Another exciting announcement! The Mrs Dalloway poster I doodled up this spring is now available to buy! As part of Doedemee’s project to help fight illiteracy the mission was to re-design the covers of 100 classic must-read-books. The result is this. 100 beautiful designs ready to raise money, awareness and to give illiteracy a kick in the shin (not to mention make our walls look even prettier).

Here’s some links: Where to buy and the online gallery.

Enjoy!

Painting update!

Saturday, September 8th, 2012

First update, as promised in yesterdays blog post -

As of this morning 4 paintings have tumbled into my etsy shop – click on the pictures to be directed to the listings. I always find it hard to part with the originals but the time has come to share with others and stop hiding behind my only-child(ish) ways…

the importance of… imaginary flowers

Now in the shops! Remember this painting from a few months back? Well now it’s a shiny new print and up for grabs on etsy and folksy. Priced at £12. Page measures 8 x 8 inches and image measures 7 x 7 inches.

Loads of exciting things have been coming to light these past few weeks, which is why I’ve been a bit slow on the blog posts. I’ll be back with updates really soon!

Right now though I’m off to see this!
