So… yesterday I had all my hair chopped off. I love it! Oh and I finished my scarf (which I’m wearing in the photo).

I’m sifting through some of my unfinished projects and making an effort to get them finished. Here’s a sneak preview from my chicken project I started this spring! This might be my favourite bird from the collection. I hit the half way mark today and have high hopes to get rest done and dusted soon. Chickens are very funny looking things and I’ve probably spent half of the project giggling at pictures of them on google… ahem.

Here’s another Circus of Cats “poster”, it’s a print really and it’ll be in the shops very soon. This morning I strolled into town and “saw” the queen. Really all I saw was a peppermint green blur. Satisfied with my accomplishment I retreated to the safety of a coffee shop and then had a plod about town.

Todays treat: I found a copy of this book in TK MAXX (bargain) and got all inspired.

Yesterday I had 2 wisdom teeth taken out – ouch! 24 hours later I feel a bit bruised and beaten up but on a good note I finished one of my paintings. I finished a couple over the weekend actually but this is probably the only one I like. I’ve given myself a few days (a week actually, I’m being greedy) to recover and get on with some serious colouring in time… I’ll keep you posted!
